The production line supports the following three processing processes:
Process I
1.The feeding gantry manipulator grabs workpieces onto the conveyor table. After centering, workpieces are sent to the four-side trimming saw for sizing per preset dimensions.
2.The four-side trimming saw completes sizing by information comparison.
3.Workpieces are transferred to the temporary storage machine for buffering.
4.The rotating gantry manipulator grabs workpieces for unloading.
Process II
1.The feeding gantry manipulator grabs workpieces onto the conveyor table. After centering, workpieces are sent to the four-side trimming saw for sizing per preset dimensions.
2.The four-side trimming saw completes sizing by information comparison.
3.Workpieces are transferred to the temporary storage machine for buffering.
4.The rotating gantry manipulator transports workpieces to the circulating edge banding unit for edge banding as required by the process, then conveys finished workpieces for unloading.
Process III
1.The feeding gantry manipulator grabs workpieces onto the conveyor table. After centering, workpieces are sent to the four-side trimming saw for sizing per preset dimensions.
2.The four-side trimming saw completes sizing by information comparison.
3.Workpieces are transferred to the temporary storage machine for buffering.
4.The rotating gantry manipulator delivers workpieces to the circulating edge banding unit for straight edge banding as required by the process
5.Workpieces enter the temporary storage machine for secondary buffering.
6.Workpieces are conveyed to the rear conveyor of the temporary storage machine.
7.Workpieces reach the slot & hole machining station for customized machining.
8.The unloading gantry manipulator grabs finished workpieces for discharging.
